Am I required to be home during the cleaning?

Depending on the type of cleaning that is required and the size of your property there will be either a solo cleaner or a team of two at minimum. Don't worry though, your quoted price will always remain the same with no hidden fees.

Yes, all of our cleaners will always come prepared with their own cleaning supplies and equipment. However, you are always welcome to supply any specific cleaning agent that you would prefer we use instead as well.

We know emergencies can arise last minute and we at Mississauga Cleaners understand this.
Just reach out to us as soon as possible to let us know before we arrive and we will not charge any cancellation fees.

At the end of each cleaning visit we will always offer to do a final walk-through with you to ensure you are 100% satisfied. If for some reason you are not completely happy we will reclean any specific area over again to your likings.

Your property, your preference. If you decide to stick around while your cleaning appointment is taking place we kindly ask to not interfere with the cleaning as much as possible so that our cleaners can provide you with their best effort.

Do you have any discount or referral programs for clients?

Yes we sure do! For all of our maintenance cleanings that have been setup on a regular routine schedule with us will receive a 50% discount on every 5th visit. Please tell all of your friends and family to get in on the deal too!!
